The Mille Lacs Band Recognition program was created to recognize our valued Band members at our non-gaming businesses
by providing exclusive perks and a convenient service.

Here’s how it works:

• Each month a new discount will be offered at one of our non-gaming businesses. Band members will need to present their card and ID at check-out.
• You’ll be able to use this card, along with your Tribal ID upon check-in at our non-gaming business hotels.
• As an added bonus, we’ll take care of setting up your reservations through our new private concierge service line – exclusively for Mille Lacs Band members!
• Be sure to plan your visits in advance to ensure the full benefit of this program!

How to book a room:
If you are interested in booking a personal room at one of our non-gaming hotel properties with the private concierge service line, please call 320-532-8116. This service will be provided Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations and best rates are based on availability. You may still call the hotel directly to book your reservations.

• Leave a message with your preferred hotel, check-in date, number of nights you’d like to stay, name of Guest, valid phone number and email address. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Please do not email or leave a message with your credit card number. We will call you directly to obtain payment information and confirm your reservation.
